Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are pleased to offer an exchange, provided that:

The item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.

All original tags remain attached.

The item is returned with a valid proof of purchase.

The item is in a fully resalable condition.
Altered Items
Please note that any garment which has been altered, tailored or adjusted in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once an item has been altered, it is considered a personalised product and is no longer suitable for resale.
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered where required by UK consumer law, including where an item is found to be faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
Refunds will not be offered for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer.

Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Items where any known fault was disclosed before purchase.
