REFUND POLICY

Dear Customer,

When you buy goods from FRENCHEYE, you enter into a contract. This contract is governed by various laws, including the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumer Regulations 2002).
These laws give you certain implied or automatic statutory rights.

Under this contract, we as a company endeavour to provide goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

We do not offer refunds but are happy to offer an exchange, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition, with a valid proof of purchase (receipt), all original tags attached, and in a fully saleable condition.

Please note that any items which have been altered, tailored, or adjusted in any way are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once an item has been altered, it is considered personalised and is no longer suitable for resale.

By law, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange:

  • If you were informed of any faults before purchasing the goods

  • If the fault was obvious or noticeable upon inspection prior to purchase

  • If the damage was caused by you

  • If you made a personal choice or error, e.g. you do not like the colour or the item is the wrong size

  • If you have simply changed your mind or found the item cheaper elsewhere

You are, however, entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty at the time of sale (and you were not informed of the fault nor received a discount because of it), or if there is a manufacturing fault that was not made known to you at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
